Meet Kaitlyn, a proud New Yorker, born and raised in the heart of the city. She completed her studies at the Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute, where she discovered her passion for color and extensions. To enhance her skills and knowledge, she spent her last few months of school as an assistant. It was during this time that she found her new family at Shampoo Avenue B.
