Our Policies
Just a quick note, our junior stylists are currently unable to accept online vouchers, Shampoo Points, or other discount forms. We appreciate your understanding.
- We’re more than happy to offer free consultations to help you find the perfect service for you. If you’re unsure, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Please do keep in mind if a booking is made without a consultation and it turns out to be not right for you, there will be charges for the time set aside for the service. But remember, our consultations are always free of charge.
- We understand life happens and you might be running a bit late. Don’t worry, we have a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. However, if you’re later than that, we might not be able to accommodate the appointment, and there will be charges for the time reserved for your booked service(s).
- If you want to make any adjustments to your services, please let us know within a week of your initial appointment. Otherwise, there might be additional charges. We appreciate your cooperation.
- Instead of raising our prices, we now include a 3.5% surcharge fee—which you will see on your receipt—to cover the increased cost of credit card acceptance we must pay. Payments made with cash or debit card won’t be surcharged.
Cancellation / Reschedule Policy
We kindly ask you to let us know about any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please be aware that if you change or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full cost of your scheduled appointment. This is because we have set this time aside just for you, and have had to turn away others. This policy also applies if you schedule an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time, and would be applied for any reason to be fair to all.
