Got the best haircut and shampoo of my life here!! Loved the haircut and my stylist Derek was so great. Could not recommend enough
I’ve been going to this salon because it’s so convenient and I really wanted to love it, but after several disappointing experiences, I unfortunately don’t think I’ll be returning.
First, I called before an appointment in March to specifically request an experienced stylist because I have very thick, curly hair. When I arrived, I was booked with a junior stylist. Afterward, I was told they had “no recollection” of me requesting an experienced stylist. The result wasn’t good, so I called when I got home, but they didn’t have anyone available to fix it. I was told I would receive a credit, which I never did.
I decided to give the salon another chance and booked an experienced stylist for highlights. I paid around $500 and was really unhappy with the result — the highlights were very streaky and not what I had asked for. The stylist was very nice and offered to tone it for me later that week at no charge, which I appreciated, but after having my hair colored for 10+ years, I was honestly surprised by the result.
I also booked a blowout with an experienced stylist and specifically requested extra time and hot tools because I was getting ready for an event. The day of, I was called because the extra time hadn’t been booked and was asked if I could move my appointment. They ultimately accommodated me, but I was then charged double the normal blowout price for the extra 30 minutes. I felt that additional cost should have been communicated upfront.
Most recently, I booked a keratin treatment and called ahead specifically to confirm the price based on my previous treatment. When I arrived, I was told I had been booked for extra time that I hadn’t requested and that I needed additional product, which made the price $90 more than what I had been quoted. The stylist was very kind and ultimately didn’t charge me for the extra time, but it still felt very unclear and, honestly, not very transparent.
I want to emphasize that the staff has always been friendly, and I really wanted to keep coming here because of how convenient it is. But after multiple issues with the actual services, booking, and pricing, I unfortunately don’t feel comfortable continuing to spend money here.

Scheduled a haircut with Moe and he exceeded my expectations! He did a beautiful job on my hair. The rest of the salon team was very welcoming and friendly.
Asked for blonde highlights (I’m a natural blonde so not very complicated), and my hair turned purple. Went back twice for them to fix it, and my hair is now fried and still has a purple hue. They said it is now too damaged to fix. Hair is now permanently damaged.

I have been going to Melanie for my foilayage and haircuts, and she is truly the only stylist I trust with my hair. I always love chatting with her, and I really appreciate how professional, attentive, and talented she is. She is a true artist and always makes my hair look and feel amazing. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair!
Had a great experience getting my haircut here. I have curly hair so I did the curly cut and they did a great job with the length and styling! Will be going again soon!
I was a hair model for junior stylist Maleah and she was fantastic! Very comforting, professional, and she did a great job on my hair foilayge. I'm so happy with my coloring, she has my grey camouflaged in the blonde coloring she chose, it looks great! The studio is clean and welcoming and plays good music too! I would definitely recommend getting your hair done here, my experience was excellent

Gio is very kind and great at hair cuts for guys. I have longer hair and he knows how to make it look natural and not like a buzz cut. Great conversations too plus drinks
Derek is Amazing!!! I went in for some highlights as a blonde and he went above and beyond after I had a consultation with him last week. He’s so precise and accommodating as to what I had asked for. 5 stars to Derek! He’s so sweet and def knows what he’s doing with colors 🥰✌🏻
