Once a design student at the Fashion Institute of Technology, Jess decided she needed to take her artistic skills to the next level. Six months into a five year stint in Philadelphia, she ultimately decided to attend the Jean Madeline Aveda Institute to study cosmetology, and she has been doing hair ever since. Since then, Jess has taken on the challenge of design in a three dimensional space, viewing every haircut as its own sculpture. More specifically, what Jess loves most about hair is that it is a collaboration between the stylist and the client, and does what she can to address each client’s specific needs. Her specialties include razor cut shags, precision cuts and curly haircutting. Despite being newer in the industry she will stop at nothing to perfect her craft.

In her free time she enjoys thrifting and spending time with her cat Marni.
