Senior Stylist / Senior Colorist
Ami moved to New York in 2001 to follow his dream of being a stylist in the city. Trained in Israel, he gained a following in the East Village, where he cuts for men and women. Ami prides himself on asking a lot of questions beforehand, and making sure clients walk away with styles that make them look and feel fabulous. From blow drys to highlights and curly hair to coloring, he puts his beauty school training to use on a daily basis to help clients go standard, funky or fun. He also attends as many hair shows as he can to learn new styles and techniques. When he’s not cutting hair, Ami can be found doing yoga, pilates, hip hop, gymnastics or traveling.
